• Attend to serious patients immediately. 

• 'Concern & Human Touch' in such cases saves from misunderstanding.

• Tell the patients relatives about the seriousness of the patient and the treatment facilities available in the health institution and treatment to be given. 

• Refer the serious patient to nearest medical college & hospital for better treatment , if required, without delay after providing all life supporting measures. 

• If patients relatives refuses to shift the patient to referred medical college & hospital for some reasons, then take an undertaking from them expressing their willingness to continue treatment at that health  institution with available facilities whatever may be the outcome.
